Jo was a superb host, even though we never went for the breakfast, we still had ample time talking to Jo and she made us feel welcomed. Felt like home immediately.
The TV didn't work in the room but that's the most minor thing especially when you're staying in such a beautiful place. Inverness has an infinite list of ways to entertain oneself.

Jo and Keiron are awesome hosts! The room was clean, beds were very comfy! Breakfast was delicious and the location is within walking distance to the city center….. so very convenient! Would love to stay there again

Very nice and interesting owners. And a wonderful dog as well! Location was perfect and breakfast was yummy. Bed was comfy and unit had a nice living room too.
Tough to navigate to apartment walkway of gravel and then through tall grass with doggie “landline”. And then the tricky stairs up into the apartment. This was not easy for my disabled husband.
