The location was great and the room was very spacious and clean.

the limited number of devices that could use the wifi was kind of inconvenient. We would have liked more firm pillows.

The staff are beautiful.

The rooms only have either heating or cooling, not both. These are changed once a year by staff. The problem is you have no control. Even in Spring on a 20degree day outside the rooms sit at 26 degrees. This is with air-conditioning. Opening the windows is the only way to make a difference. The hotel has a limited supply of portable fans. The other thing is the breakfast. It is the worst buffet breakfast. Scrambled eggs, rice and one random dish such as hamburger patties.

Right in the heart of Seoul's tourist area...close to the palace, etc.

Air conditioning is centrally controlled. We came from a temperate climate so cooler evenings suit us. Not being able to switch the AC to cooling meant we had nights where the room was 25+ degrees. Also, we booked partially based on a previous review which extolled the virtues of the spa after a long day...for us the spa was out of use.

The location was superb. Having the washer and kitchen was great.

The bed, bed pillows, and air temperature in the room was uncomfortable. We had to contact the front desk to address the thermostat but it was way too stuffy during our stay. We had to open the windows to provide fresh air and cooler temps as the temperature was controlled by central settings.

Huge suite for our family of 4, super comfortable stay in a convenient location near 3 metro stations and the Ik Seong dong area. Pool is indoors and there are lifeguards.

The room service was quite slow. No water provided in the room.

Right next to the Insadong Culture Street and above a cafe, yet not a noisy location. Plenty of space for a family of 4.

観光地仁寺洞の入口近くにあり、地下鉄へのアクセスも良く、とても良い立地でした。スタッフは韓国語、英語だけが通じるようでした。 ３ベッドルームに４人で５泊しましたが、お願いして毎日タオルも取り替えていただきました。 キッチン用品、レンジ、ポット・・自炊に便利、洗濯乾燥機もありましたので毎日選択ができました。（洗剤の備え付けはありません。） セブンやコンビニは目の前です。 おすすめです。

洗濯洗剤が備え付けてあったら良かった思っています。 土曜日午前中はロッテマートへのピストンバスがあるようでしたが、平日にもっとあれば食料品の調達に便利かと思いました。（私たちは地下鉄でソウル駅ロッテマートまで行って４泊分の朝食の材料を買って帰りました。）

We loved the large size of the apartment and the pool. We loved having laundry in the unit. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for getting around Seoul and great food nearby.

We wish the pool was open later, and the heat/cooling was adjustable any time of year.

The location is amazing, next to the prime street of Insadong, it’s easy to walk to everywhere. Parking being included was a bonus. The 3 bedroom apartment we got was HUGE, bigger than most typical residential apartments in Seoul.

The facilities are worn out. The pool and sauna area was not well maintained, and not cleaned well. It was a holiday weekend, and there was no cleaning service being offered, and the pool and sauna were left in a poor condition.

Location was perfect as close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Room was exceptional clean and very comfortable with everything I needed for my stay.

the room is very dry ( winter season))and for person with dry skin may need humidifier. in the main floor reception corridor, there is display of korean artwork. One of the artwork has gold guilted human feces. This art work is in bad taste and smelly.
