Lovely place because of the staff! They even make an effort to remember your name and use it when they say ‘hi’ as you pass by. We stayed in the treehouse cabins which were clean and adequate for 2 nights. Ours also had a convenient electric point for charging our devices. Food was good and dinner varied each day. Breakfast was a tasty buffet with delicious buttery pastries and healthier options. A big shout out to the restaurant staff who were so welcoming and smiley. Also, many thanks to Max (and his ‘captain’ - as he called him) for taking us out to swim with the impressive manta rays! Max and his team kept us safe and made sure we had multiple chances to swim alongside these beautiful creatures. Worth the money! We thoroughly enjoyed swimming on the reef on our doorstep. When we left the resort, we booked a day trip on a catamaran to an outer island that supposedly had a stunning reef (the host on the boat told us it was 'the best reef'), but it was dead compared with Manta Ray's home reef. So, make sure you enjoy it :) Thank you to the wonderful staff!!

The only con during our stay was that the WiFi was down, meaning we couldn’t book our onward journeys etc. If the resort managers are looking for suggestions, adding another area to the resort like a common room where films can be shown during the day and at night if people don’t bring iPads etc would be useful. Or add a ping pong table. Just ideas - not criticisms.

Nice location. Clean. I was a bit scared that my treehouse room was so close to the main lounging area but it was quiet during the night It's better to stay 2 nights as the check-in and check-out with the boat takes time .

Can here for the manata swim..it was waving and with currents and we spent more time chasing a d finding the guide the. Actually spending time with the single manta we saw. Food is ok

The sunrise villa had a very loud, noisy pump/generator that was next to the room - this was not advised in the booking. For one of the guests who wanted a quiet room, that was very disappointing for them. The sunrise villa was advertised to have a ‘beach front’ room, but actually had patchy grass area with sharp prickles, so not really a beach front room. There was some construction too- with loud machinery moving around the resort. The food was okay to good - not amazing (apart from the wood oven pizzas). Hot breakfast was unpredictable- it either came out in 5 minutes, but two mornings waited an hour. Due to morning activities, two guests had to miss breakfast. I advised that one of our guests didn’t drink dairy milk. Most mornings, no non-dairy milk alternatives were offered. The same guest was vegetarian- ordered a vegetarian breakfast but was given ham in their meal. In the shop at the front office, there was no sunscreen available for purchase, which is concern for a sunny beach resort, with no shops around.
