I like the good value for money and the location is excellent. Situated near one of the best pub bistros in Goulburn
No complaints.

Close to where we were going the following day
No hot water in the morning to shower was extremely disappointing, sleeping in the front rooms was hard to sleep with the cars flying past.

It was clean
Quite run down, not very nicely kept gardens or surrounds
