Umaid Mahal - A Heritage Style Boutique Hotel

- The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options available each day. - The property is beautiful, well maintained, and provides a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. - The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, and the daily folk performances added a unique and enjoyable cultural experience.

- Service at the breakfast tables was slower than expected, particularly during busy periods. - I would recommend reviewing the cleaning products used by housekeeping. The products appeared to leave a very strong and lingering odor in the room after cleaning, which was uncomfortable. - The check-in experience could have been handled better. I had booked a Deluxe King Suite but was initially assigned a room with a queen-size bed. When I raised the issue, I was informed that the queen bed was equivalent to a king bed, which was not accurate. After further discussion, the room was eventually changed to the correct king suite. A smoother resolution and better alignment with the original reservation would have improved the overall experience.

Lovely and artsy building. Polite and humble staffs. The folk performers were friendly and lovely to chat, listen to music and their dance. They honoured everything I requested in the booking. Each floor has a different theme and artistic style.

It’s very minor- The curtains could be better blocking the lights and sound (it was 98% blocking already, I just let you know).
