The hotel was okay and actually an improvement over my previous stay here.
The room cleaning was decent and the morning staff was quite friendly.
Breakfast was ok.
The evening staff was not very helpful. I asked reception two days in a row for cutlery for my room and they just told me to go to the restaurant and ask myself. When I went to the restaurant, the staff simply handed me a plate and cutlery, even though my hands were already completely full of shopping bags. I had to awkwardly carry everything up to the 5th floor myself. Service in the evening definitely needs improvement.
Wifi not good at all. Online work meetings now possible.

quiet.
the bed is big and comfortable.
several good restaurants nearby.
the breakfast was nice for 12,5 eur per person. have you ever eat honey comb? taste it!
light from toilet breaks into the bedroom. when one goes to the toilet in the night, other will wake up.
we could not open the window fully because of children lock.
25 eur for dog is too expensive! why so much? no information on the booking about such big price for dog.
spa working hours are limited, could not use it
