Right on the edge of Susukino and near Tanukikoji street. Convenient location to walk from in Sapporo. Four person room was so spacious, a rare find in Japan in the big cities. Staff were friendly and spoke English well and rooms were clean. Parking was easy to find at the parking lot across the street.

Location was great. Right in Susukino, close to many of the main things in the area. Rooms were larger than expected. Smaller fridge than other hotels, but nothing too bad. Staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, I am very satisfied and will consider staying here again.
Just nitpicky stuff like a smaller fridge and water, small lobby...absolutely nothing that would make it bad. I really have nothing bad to say about the property.

Location
The room was quite small even though we had a slight upgrade. The bed headboards were quite dusty. My travel companion was very upset that the room rate was nearly twice that of the room rate had we checked in without a reservation.
