My room was spacious enough and the hotel has a great location. Out the front door and step into a multi block covered shopping mall filled with eateries and shops. Rail is not far away and the airport limousine bus is around the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful,and the public bath also very good. Special high five’s for the breakfast in the partner Dormy Inn opposite. It was fantastic and one of the best I’ve had in Japan. The advice about how busy breakfast time can be be was very helpful

Located in Tanukikoji Street. Walking distance to Odori Park, Pole town, and Susukino. Onsen bath/hot bath after a day's stroll. Freebies e.g. coffee, heat pack, ice cream, probiotic drink, ramen at night, etc. Easy check in and Check out. Staff are courteous and helpful.

The location
In room toilet was not clean. There was a lingering urine smell (we suspect from the toilet floor as those are rubber mat type and wasn't cleaned well). Charging a fee to clean the room (¥1500) but upon check in the room felt it wasn't clean prior feels a little con job-ish.
