The location is excellent. The breakfast on the rooftop is a bonus. The staff were wonderful. They helped us get a taxi to the airport, held our luggage for the day. They even have a bathroom and shower you can use with amenities after you check out.
The walls are quite thin. It’s an old building. No issues the first night. But, there was a family with small children that were quite loud next to us one night. No fault of the hotel.

Great location for exploring Catania. Walking distance to all places, a lot of restaurants near by. Seafood street was great. Breakfast on open rooftop was great. Staff was very helpful and Oscar was managing everything even before our arrival. Very good place to stay. You arrive by bus, a short walk from the bus station. Old building and totally different kind of hotel where I have never been - in a positive way.
Air condition power could be higher in our room

The property was otherwise really nice but there was no lift so you had to climb 65 steps to get to the reception and rooms. This was a bit difficult but I did manage even though I have issues with my feet.

Location and staff were great.
Air conditioning was not strong enough, probably due to the size of the room that was giant!
