Diana and Bianca at the front desk were so wonderful. Kind and helpful. The location was perfect. Close to the Central Train station and just a 30 minute walk to Old Town. Excellent restaurants close by. I was worried about wait times for the bathrooms as there are only 2 on the 2nd floor but it was never an issue. Definitely recommend if you don’t want to pay a fortune for a hotel in this magnificent city!
Paper towels are needed in bathrooms for drying hands.

The hostel was central and the staff were pleasant; they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after we left and collect it later. It was cheaper than other places in Stockholm.
The room had no windows and was rather cramped but this is probably to be expected in a central Stockholm hostel.
