The location was amazing, obviously HOWEVER what totally blew me away was THE STAFF!!! Rozanne! Neo! Thabo! Michelle! All of them were absolutely AMAZING!

Absolutely everything!!! And your creamy oats was the most delicious thing I have ever tasted!!! I wished I had remembered to ask the chef for the recipe. I could eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. i have just lost my mom and this experience made m soul happy for the first time since her death. Thank you for reminding me that life is full of pleasures and that we need to live and love again

absolutely great location
everything was wonderful, except they very rudely called us 30min prior to check out time to tell us to check out on time, we‘ve never experienced that before in all the hotels we‘ve stayed at.
it was a small thing but soured what was otherwise a wonderful experience

It was just an amazing location and view. Normal superlatives would not do it justice. The staff were great and the food quality excellent. Plenty of good restaurants and activities around the area as well for variety.

nice infrastructure, location at the beach
poor service, staff slow and ignorant; breakfast waiting time typically 45 minutes, no specific table reservations possible, dirty pool and sauna area

Like it says on the tin the views were exceptional sitting right on the cliff top above an amazing stretch of beach with rolling waves on show into the distance. The food was superb and very good value so we chose to eat in both nights of our stay.
You have to drive everywhere else.

A great hotel for our one night stay in Wilderness. Lovely and spacious room overlooking the beach. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Lovely to have breakfast in our room without an additional cost.
