Tokyu Stay Yotsuya - Shinjuku Area

Yotsuya is more of a local area, nothing like the hectic tourist areas, very easy access on train line.

Location is very accessible, walking distance to two train stations with multiple train lines connected to different parts of tokyo. Good location with multiple convenient stores i.e family mart, lawson, food options, smaller supermarket, drug stores, clinic within walking distance. Suitable for individual or families. There is a family mart convenience store and the small supermarket just beside the hotel. Room is more spacious than your usual small tokyo hotel rooms, in-room washer dryer is convenient (note takes 4-5 hours depending on the load for full wash and dry). Air condition/heater can be adjusted in your room and it is not a centralised system. There is also a sink and induction cooker. Drinks and food lounge has a lot of nice options that are free.

The room aircon is censor powered. Unfortunately, my room aircon had some issues and it shuts off once a night and on the 4th night it switched off 4 times, staff was prompt to help and also changed my room after the 4th night when the technical issue cannot be resolved.

I arrived to Tokyo early in the morning, the hotel were happy to leave my bag with them for a couple of hours and then check in early too by 2 - 3 hours which was very nice after a long overnight flight. There is filtered water, hot and cold, an ince machine, various tea and a coffee machine available to use all day in the lounge without extra charge. The room was on a small side but very well equipped, decent double bed, nice little sofa with table, desk with comfy chair, kitchenette, nice bathroom, decent storage, heating and AC, hairdryer and a brilliant Sony Bravia Smart TV watchable from the bed or sofa.

Lack of breakfast or other dining options but that's not much of a problem as there are plenty of places to eat in the area.

we have arived 1 day early so we booked 2 rooms for the night but they kept us in the ground floor rooms for the week and not give our rooms we previelsly booked through you!
