Good location. This property is easy to access several stations (metro/JR). A grocery shop is just nearby where the main street is, though the property itself is in quiet residential area. It was really helpful that we could check-in in the early afternoon.

It would be better if we had more lights in the main room.

It's minor but there should be a plug in next to or near the bed

Location, location, location! The property is in a great neighborhood and has easy access to subway.

No lift! The lack of a lift made it difficult moving in and out of the property with luggage. I can see the property has no room for a lift therefore a pricing discount should be applied to renters on higher floors.

The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants and shops.

The property was not as advertised. I specifically booked accommodation with a view, but the windows only faced the neighboring building’s corridor and roof. There was no view at all. Additionally, the listing failed to mention that the building had no elevator, which is a significant inconvenience when traveling with heavy luggage. One of the bedrooms also had no curtain at all. The corridor light in the neighboring building remained on throughout the night and shone directly into the bedroom, making it very difficult to sleep in darkness. To make matters worse, there was no Wi-Fi for two days. I repeatedly tried to contact customer service through phone calls, WhatsApp and iMessage, but received no response. This was particularly frustrating because I needed to work remotely during a typhoon and couldn’t leave the property. The lack of transparency in the listing, combined with the poor customer service and failure to resolve these issues, made the experience extremely disappointing.
