Location
Room including bathroom. Cobwebs and spiders. Drainage in bath tub terrible. Overall cleanness poor in room.

Amazing location, right beside the ancient Glendalough monastery, cemetary and iconic tower. World class forest, lake and mountain walks are right on your doorstep.
The breakfast is Irish breakfast - there is also a handy 'packed breakfast' option if you need to leave earlier.
The restaurant is good, I thought the food was to a high standard.
The restaurant is quite busy so sometimes you need to be patient.

Location excellent. Room comfortable.
The toilet had not been cleaned and still had traces of the previous occupants usage. The book in time is 3 pm. When I asked (at 2:30) if it was possible to check in earlier I was given a one word answer - no! Everywhere else we stayed during our two week trip staff members were only too happy to accommodate us. A simple, I'm sorry, but no would have been fine but a straight NO! was not.
