The location is great for hiking, the pub and restaurant serve delicious food, most of the rooms face the river outside so if you crack open your windows you can go to sleep with the sound of the river running. They also have a quiet upstairs area with plenty of seating for reading or working.

Very charming stay with a bar/restaurant available on site. It is a great spot for hiking and fishing. Staff was friendly, lots of locals in the bar/restaurant, good food.
No WiFi available in the rooms, we did not know this at booking. Rooms are above the first level with no elevator, which was ok for us, just be aware.

We had a great experience at Lynham's. We were visiting Dublin without a car and had always heard about hiking in nearby County Wicklow. We took a bus from Dublin and it stopped right at Lynham's. They had everything we needed, a large comfortable room, a restaurant/pub that served breakfast and dinner, and they even offer a packed lunch for hiking. Beautiful area, amazing hiking, lovely people, and a lively and friendly pub attached. We will be back!

Great location. Very clean. Excellent shower pressure. Lovely tradition bar. Good Guinness.
The furnishings are tired. Very dated. The breakfast was very average. A bit too greasy. Shame there was no self serve buffet.
