Location, as it was easy to walk from the property as well as walk to pub/restaurant. Freshly cooked breakfast & good choice each morning. Excellent off-road parking.
Our only comment would be that it was extremely wet during our stay and we had nowhere to dry walking clothes and wet boots. I appreciate it wasn’t cold enough for heating but maybe an electric towel rail in the bathroom would be good.

The property was good but the atmosphere very eerie
