Nice breakfast and clean rooms
The gym is a bit old but i managed to use it slightly. Better than nothing. Everything else in the hotel is good and nice rooms so didn’t mind

A good value for money hotel with a great central location on a quiet street. The staff, particularly on the front desk were incredibly helpful. A good quality breakfast was available as well.
It’s a little bit tired in places, given what you pay that’s not unexpected.

Close to the city center it's walkable and didn't feel too dangerous to walk. Very good breakfast even for my wife Lactose and Gluten free there was a cake and bread. Something that made her very happy.
Room is nice spacious and as it all. Even a smart TV to connect your Netflix which is nice sometimes.
Food in the restaurant was nice and easy to access. Staff was helpfull and nice.
Check in took very long. Didn't help a bus full just arrived at the hotel so lot of people in the lobby. Still the check in took quite long.
One morning the gluten free bread was already done. They were sorry but also other people eat it because its home made. Would be nice if they would have held some bread back for the people that "really" need it.

Mi è piaciuta solo la posizione. Molto vicina al largo São Sebastião, dove la gente si ritrova la sera e dove ci sono molti locali e musica. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è sicuramente buono.
In generale le camere non sono nulla di che e il centro fitness consta di 2 macchine sgangherate.
