Location, spacious+clean room, breakfast.
Very few servicing staff can communicate effectively in English which is liable to result in misunderstanding for non-Portuguese visitors. This actually happened during my stay, though resolved after persistent communication.

Great location . Best breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Older building with windows that don’t close. Lots of things missing, like safe or screws for hooks. Immediate area around hotel is very dirty, though it is something they can’t control and you have to live with that if you want to live that close to the center

Located within eyesight of the town center.
The shower is electric and the settings between 2 and 3 are not good. Go from slightly warm to very hot.

Close to walking area that is safe to walk around during the day.
Rooms were not very clean. Bathroom had someone’s hair all over it. Room had no window to the outside and was just a window to the hallway. Room was very loud and you could hear everything above you or in the hallway.
