Spacious accommodation with 2 generous bedrooms. Very clean, good central location
Obtaining keys and car park fob a bit of a faff

It would have been helpful to have better instructions on where to find the safe to collect the apartments keys as I had to ask someone I met in the corridor. Thankfully they knew where I would find it and took me to it as I would not have found it, if it was not for them.

Great apartment for competitive price in good location in Bristol. Bonus was the secure underground parking. Apartment was clean, safe, comfy beds, comfy lounge. Communication was good. I will stay here again when in Bristol.
Nothing.

Windows opened to Juliet balcony to get fresh air and friendly cleaning staff.
Showers not working properly in both bathrooms, one had incorrect large head, the other was broken. Bedroom window not working properly.
