The location and the views onto the sea from the balcony right by the beach were unbeatable.
The rooms are simple to say the least but functional. My main down point was the noise from the other guests - the hallway does literally feel like a youth hostel at times with people coming and going all night. And once you wake up the cleaners get going. Some decent doors would be a worthy investment.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und Betten bequem.
Man hört alles. Jeden Schritt, jede Stimme. Die Gäste sind mega unhöflich und egoistisch und achten nicht auf andere. Die Zimmer sind wirklich hellhörig. Ich nehme immer Ohrstöpsel mit, am besten die von Happy Ears.

Location
It doesn’t have an elevator so you have to go upstairs carrying luggage. The wifi only works at the main hall of the hotel. It doesn’t work inside the room at all. It is too expensive for what it offers

a nice outdoor area overlooking the sea. this place is on my list forever now. the staff is great, everyone is so polite and helpful. I felt at home
Unfortunately the kitchen wasn’t working, I hope it gets sorted soon.

Fantastic location in Ibiza Town, experience the perfect beach getaway at Hotel Figueretes!
Enjoy our spacious rooms nothing spectacular but you are only sleeping there, some with stunning sea views. Relax and unwind in the local atmosphere and the beach is literally on your doorstep

The staff here are soooo nice! soooo happy and happy to assist you in any way possible. always greet you with a massive smile and make you feel so welcome.
The hotel is super basic and you get what you pay for. Wish there was aircon but the lovely staff make up for it.

I was having a busy day at work and didn’t read much about the hotel, nor the reviews or amenities, etc.. I looked more for the location as we always stay in Ibiza town. So I made the booking for the only room available at the hotel. On the hotel photos everything looks fine but for my surprise on arriving there was no air conditioning, Wi-Fi in the room or refrigerator. I felt like I did a mistake but had to stay because the booking wasn’t refundable anymore, we tried to relax and not to show any disappointment with the room and the hotel but for our surprise on the second day in the morning while asking some information at the reception we left our beach bag unattended on the sofa, where there was 3 people sitting using the internet on the reception. We left the hotel and when we arrived the beach we had lunch and when we were going to pay there was no more money in both of our wallet and on my wallet was our gold wedding rings that was also stolen. We came back to the hotel and in the moment we spoke with the receptionist what happened she refused to help. We asked the manager to come to the hotel and when she arrived she didn’t let us have access to the CCTV to see if someone took our money and rings. We went to the police station and made the police report but as many of you know when you leave Spain the Spanish way to deal with things can go long. We may not get any answers from the hotel or the Ibiza police but writing this review we want people to be aware that you will not gonna feel safe at the Hotel Figueretes. There’s no security at the door and anyone can enter the hotel and easily sit in the internet area and pretend to be a guest and steal your belongings. So if you’re thinking of staying at this hotel, think twice because the money I saved is definitely nothing compared to what I lost.

The location was perfect, and we had the best sea view room even though I hadn’t specifically asked for one. We were only in Ibiza for 24 hours but this hotel was exactly what we needed and the room was very clean.
The only problem I had, was that there wasn’t any air conditioning in the room, although they do provide a fan and the fact that we were by the sea helped with a breeze. Secondly, that you could only get Wi-Fi in the reception and not your room.

The staff is really helpful and friendly, the hotel offers many different services. The spare room where you can have a shower after you check out is amazing!
The location is great, with 10 mins away by car from the airport and the best clubs.
The ants in the room. However, it must be very difficult to get rid of them!
