Dangerous stairs no lift to the third floor however, staff carried luggage.

My favorite thing about my stay here was hands down Đức (David), the hotel manager and operator. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He went above and beyond in helping me feel like I was at home. I would totally go back and book this hotel again, just for him!

Staff, room, location

No Breakfast Provided. No Elevator available. they have given room in 5th floor we should go with steps only along with luggage and kids. we can't find the hotel easily through google maps ..taxi can't reach near to hotel.

Nothing we like.

The staff were amazing and were happy to help with everything inc our very heavy bags! The main hotel man was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended some great places for us to visit attraction and places to eat/drink. Our room was spacious and clean and location was spot on M, you are so code to beer street but are unable to hear a thing from the hotel which is great. I would recommend!

Nothing really, be mindful if you have mobility issues that there isn’t a lift so not ideal if your on the 5th floor, we didn’t mind the walk as it was good exercise!

Jake’s customer service was excellent. Comfy beds. Great location.

The host was very friendly and helpfull. Room had aircon and shower was hot. We could also leave our bags while on a 2 day trekking in sapa.
