Wifi was dropping out

Tom at the front desk was so kind and welcoming, and Binh was so helpful in helping us book the busses we needed. We had a room that smelled like smoke because of another guest, and they easily accommodated switching rooms
There is a lobby area to sit and wait with comfortable seats, but it's not set up to hang out and meet other people

The location was great. It’s in the middle of old town. The owner was awesome and gave us a lot of tips for the city.
The room is quite small but it was good value for the price.

"Mr Tom was an excellent host who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well informed about Hanoi. He provided a list of things to do, places to eat, sights to see and things to be..."
