Good staff and facility. Location good probably for many people and me also, though i am not much of a city person, but its nonetheless a good and convenient location near many stores and a good long-distance walking area on the main highway to the east.

Some bad guests in the mixed dorm, all foreigners, have some class men. That is the problem, they dont have class so theyre always poor and being nuisances in the cheaper hostels, and no one will give them good jobs because they are not classy so they will always be poor. Sliding doors for the female and couples dorms seem fine, but its bad for the mixed dorm because the bad guests dont close it even when the ac is on and outside noises come in at night, they are like oblivious people. I complained about one of the bad guests and the staff talked to him and seemed to have removed him or said he cant rebook, but thats only a guess. There were still bad guests when i left. The guy always wearing the red hat and his friends are exactly the same as the guy i complained about, they have no regard for other guests. They are bad guests. Talking loudly to friends or on the phone at 2am when everyone is sleeping, leaving door open when ac is on and noises are outside while people are sleeping, opening the door at 2am and having loud conversations outside of it in the hallway while everyone is sleeping, climbing bed ladders with outside shoes on, constantly coughing loudly and making other illness noises with no attempt to be quiet while everyone is sleeping, walking around with almost no clothes on, going to the bathroom without closing the door, making filthy messes in the bathrooms, and so on. They should be required to buy private rooms only.

My bed was really comfy, the restaurant did really good food and it was in a nice quiet location and the staff were really friendly and helpful!

The bathroom was cleaned daily but it could have been a bit cleaner, great value for money though!
