Best Western Hotel Hatfield

Right on the sea front it was lovely to hear the waves crashing on the shore it was clean comfortable

The car park was across the road and not priority to hotel guests however parking on the road was free

Loved my view over the sea for the morning sunset. Breakfast on the outside seating area in the sun was great. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Location obviously good on sea front. We have stayed many times although not high season. Food was mostly good although breakfast fruit/yoghurt not thrilling and different hot food choices would be good. Staff all nice although it is annoying, especially when very busy and bar staff are having their own conversations with each other while serving.

Trying to be constructive- we were in 216 and corridors to room very noisy and creaky. We had 4 noisy nights with poor sleep due to this and noise from other rooms, on two nights loud youngsters next door but sound proofing very poor and we could hear multiple conversations and TVs until the early hours. Outside very noisy too although I appreciate that is outside of the hotels control. I know it was high summer and very hot so all windows open. Doors need slow closures on them all to prevent banging.
