Everything that I expected in the room such as hairdryer, tea, coffee, chairs, a folding table was provided. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choice of items. The hostess and host were very helpful. The property was very close to a bus stop and could be walked to from the town centre in about 15 minutes. There was a nice view over the garden from my window which had a sun blind.
A common problem for me is that the duvets in hotels are too warm. I needed to take the duvet our of its cover. There was a warning about the shower temperature and it did fluctuate

It was in a good location, minutes from the seafront. Clean and comfortable. Good tv and wi-fi. Nice seaside-related decorative touches throughout. Felt safe and secure. Reasonably priced.
I found the en-suite bathroom a bit small and lacking in shelf space, though still vastly preferable to sharing a bathroom.

Lovely decorated room and a genuine sea view! Everything very clean and hosts very welcoming. Good breakfast set us up for the day. Also given the opportunity to use the dining room if we purchased food for the evening (as a take away etc.).
