I left a little worried about parking charges, as it wasn't made clear on arrival that I needed to enter my registration number in the parking app. A simple reminder at check-in would have avoided that concern. I also found the room layout less than ideal. The bathroom facilities were open to the room rather than being in a separate enclosed washroom, which didn't offer much privacy. There was also no kettle or cups provided, and this is the first hotel I've stayed in that hasn't offered basic tea and coffee facilities. I understand this is a budget hotel, but at £100 per night I don't think those expectations are unreasonable. Overall, it was an okay stay, but a few basic amenities and clearer parking information would make a big difference.
