This hotel is a real gem . The staff are amazing. The room was lovely had all the amenities. Bed was really comfortable. The restaurant was one of the best we have eaten in over the years . Really good breakfast, plenty of choice, excellent service. Lovely room with everything you need. Very close to Elgars birthplace which is delightful.
The only improvement would be to clean the grouting in the shower. HG mould spray would do it.
