The swimming pool is amazing
The international restaurant was only open every other day limiting the choice of dinner to either italian or chinese.

The food and service were amazing. I cannot believe that the best pasta I've ever eaten (Lobster in squid ink linguini) was in Langkawi, at the hotel's Italian restaurant! Because the hotel was relatively quiet while we were there, the staff were happy to go the extra mile to accommodate all our requests. For example, when my cousin's husband asked if he could have fried rice instead of plain rice to accompany his prawn curry, they whipped it up within minutes!

Excellent location on bay. Fantastic staff and amenities. Great room. Nik Nor was wonderful and looked after us perfectly

Looks grand, feels comfortable
The cleanliness of the room is subpar. There are nut pieces (from kuih) in my room and in the bathroom, left from the previous tenants. There are also unknown stain (lipstick or cream) on the mirror when I checked into the room. The cups in the room have lipstick (red) stain on them.
