There was a food stain on the sheets which washed out but they claimed costs of $30. They then deducted $40 from the bond.

Some comments for feedback on the hotel room for the night of the 27th May. Arrived approximately 12.30pm and was charged an extra $25 for early check in. All transactions had a surcharge of at least 1.5%. Room was advertised to have Cable TV and sports channels, no sports channels were available or even cable TV. The TV in the second room (with the single beds) did not work, turned on at the wall, tried all three remotes in the unit and nothing made it work. The TV in the main bedroom had a faulty display cord and the connection was intermittent and did not work properly. About 8.30am on Sunday 28th May, called after hours number to report issues (WHEN RECEPTION IS CLOSED), as the reception was not open until 10am (check out time) and when tried to explain the issues. Call answered, tried to explain problems but whilst explaining interupted told to "CALL RECEPTION" then they hung up.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Secure off-street parking. Close to shopping centres with lots of options for eating out.

Traffic noise all night. As a light sleeper, I'll have to look for somewhere off main roads next time. Needed a credit card number for bond. As more people rely on devices for payments, I don't think this will be sustainable.

Clean, neat and had all the basic things provided for.

The position awkward to drive into or out of.

Ease of Booking In - the room was very comfortable clean and the Staff were friendly and helpful :)
