Road noise

Super comfortable beds, clean, renovated. We had a room with a kitchenette and it had everything we needed.

The receptionist was very accommodating in changing us to another room in a quieter location.

The cleaners were quite rowdy, chatting loudly in their own language, and dragging buckets along the pathway as they moved from room to room. As a guest, when you put a sign on the outside of your door asking for quiet, they didn’t seem to be too concerned about being respectful to this request.

After being upgraded by awesome staff.. we were put in Room 2. Lovely except road noise, which is part of the location.we chose a full kitchen with hot plate. But no cooking utensils or pans at all! Sadly, every morning from early 7.45am and even the day we arruved at 1pn. we had all the cleaners, tubs, laundry, all gathered directly at our door, on the stairs, in our chairs. Towels and laundry and water bottles on the outdoor table. A sign saying dont smoke 5m from your door, yet every other guest who smoked was at there table, at there door. When trying to enjoy our morning coffee outdoors at 8am, we were surrounded by cleaners. So we exited way earlier on the 22nd then needed.
