Everything was good

The hotel is great, the bedrooms are comfortable and the professionals are very attentive. Breakfast is very good.

The price is too high for the low season, as we cannot enjoy the pool or the see, they should not charge that much. It's far too expensive.

Everything! Fabulous and very helpful front desk staff. Proximity to beach. Selection of bars. Pool. Rooms very comfortable and very clean. Highly recommended.

We stayed 7 nights and breakfast was the same choices each day. Very nice but a bit of variety would be nice.

small room overall … not enough space for cases to be put away. swimming pool tiles so rough they cut my children’s fingers & toes (3 & 5). didn’t happen to the adults so think it was children’s tender / soft skin.

Closer to a very nice beach.. Nice pool and great rooms. Small restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat in-house. Free shuttle to hoi an town which has lots to see and plenty of restaurants and gift shops. Staff are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to assist. Spoken English is very good.

The restaurant menu is a bit limited but covers most things people would enjoy.

It is correct, expensive to be Vietnam.

More choices in the menú , there was no Beach at that moment.

Location was away from main tourist areas, but we saw this as a positive. Liked the layout and Colonial appearance of the hotel

Swimming pool has some algae on the tiling which needs removing. Otherwise, the pool was good.

Wonderful staff. Lovely room and swimming pool.

The property was well maintained despite having opened for a long time. The rooms were kept really clean. Staff and customers at the property were also very polite. This is a perfect place to stay if your travelling purpose was for leisure and relaxing.

our stay was just amazing, it started with a very warm welcome and the room was huge, comfortable and just nicely located breakfast selection is very good and you can decide to sit inside or outside on the terrace with view to the garden/pool/ sea the hotel is very quiet but only in 15 minutes you are in downtown Hoi An where you find everything you need if you want entertainment - free shuttle provided as well the spa is recommended- great treatments in a very nice environment

Such a perfect place to relax. Room was really nice and the pool is big. Breakfast was good. I didn’t leave the place for the three days I was there!

Great staff, beautiful accommodations, and nice spa. The resort offered many discounts due to COVID which made for a luxurious holiday.

The Breakfast. It tasted okay but is definitely the Asian-style buffet breakfast you will find all over Asia.

Wonderful staff, very helpful. Amazing location right on Hidden beach with beautiful infinity pool and only 10 minutes to town. Spacious, lovely room.

The location is ideal. A short taxi ride to Hoi-An old town. A stroll or quick cab to Anh Bang beach and restaurants. Nice selection of small local shops / restaurants nearby. Pool, beach facilities, beach itself and rooms all spotlessly clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Peaceful at night, as there were not many guests!!

As Covid has affected normal business levels and patterns, the beach bar / cafe was closed and no evening dinner option was available. Breakfast choice was a little limited.
