The room was comfortable bed and shower both excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool area had no shade so couldn’t really be used on a sunny day. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the old town.

Free upgrade to a room with a balcony as the lock on our door wasn't working. The staff are really nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean and smells of lemon balm throughout. The breakfast was Fabulous with fresh fruits, english breakfast, so much to choose from. The pool on the top floor provided welcome relief from the heat. Handy supermarket opposite the hotel and a mini fridge to keep things cool. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was a 25 min walk from the old town. If you are travelling with kids then you might want something closer. No biscuits with the tea. Not enough milks provided for tea making facilities.

The service, overall, was very poor. Our room was not cleaned because we left at 1:00 p.m., which I find unacceptable for a hotel. The breakfast experience was also very unpleasant. The staff were quite rude, and at exactly 10:30 a.m. they begin clearing everything away in an extremely noisy manner, even while guests are still in the restaurant. Bowls are thrown onto carts, cutlery is dropped on the floor, and everything is cleared away hastily and noisily, giving the clear impression that they want the remaining guests to leave immediately. I understand that breakfast has a set closing time, but clearing the buffet can and should be done politely, discreetly, and respectfully. The staff’s attitude significantly affected the overall quality of our stay.
