The room was very spacious and comfortable as was the bed. But the bed only had one sheet on it.

We booked through Booking.com which advertised that the accommodation had Cable TV. There was no Cable TV entertainment. The milk was not replaced on the second morning of our stay. There was also only one small cake of soap provided for shower and basin. There was no crockery or utensils - we are used to having our own breakfast requirements due to medical needs.

The bed was a little bit soft in the room i stayed in, (413) but not that bad it made a difference to my sleep.

for the cost, the room was very small. Although we had a river facing room, all we saw was the construction zone which was very unfortunate.

Even after renovations the hotel feels dated. the buffet breakfast location was average at best. I realise more renovations are occurring but a terrible breakfast experience. Like being in a camp eating hall. had a bad experience with checkin staff. I won’t return here.

The comfort of the pillows and bed were amazing. The location was perfect for the dining precinct, and train and ferry wharf.

The bathroom was very small, even though it had all that was required. Even a pull out clothes line.
