Location
Lack of staff. The staff working there were amazing and worked so hard but really needed more. For example breakfast when items became empty they were very slow at replenishing them. When I asked for Museli and it finally arrived I was told that was the last of today’s portion!!!

The location is fantastic. Steep walk down to the beach where there is a lovely cafe and a gorgeous cliff path. The hotel terrace is a real sun trap.
We stayed in one of the tree houses. The staff at the hotel were excellent.
The tree house is very dark and does not have a window, just double doors which you can't leave open at night, so it gets quite hot in the room.

We were made to feel so welcome by everyone at the hotel.
Our room was very attractive, breakfast was really good, the buffet and off the menu.
We had dinner at the hotel which was lovely.
We definitely recommend this hotel

Friendly staff, excellent restaurants, comfortable bed; good food.
Limited facilities (a swimming pool that wasn't open but nothing else); if the weather was poor there was nothing in the hotel to do except return to your room and read.
