The room was clean and quite spacious. The room service and sthe staff was kind. It was a really nice place to stay for few days.

I loved the relaxed athmosphere and location within busy Bucharest and spaciuos suite-like rooms. The Atelier restaurant food was superb

While the breakfast is a la carte all of the dishes were delightful. I highly recommend the homemade butter and honey with bread. make sure to ask for the bread to be heated up otherwise it is not nearly as special, same with the butter.
The staff was very friendly and always offering help or inquiring on my comfort. I walked the entire time I was there and had zero issues. If you're obese, you may not feel the same. Good news is, if you are obese, they have an excellent gym for you to shred your extra layer of fat which I used every day while I was staying there.

everything was amazing, staff were super nice and attentive, place was very very clean and superbly decorated. nothing bad about this place

The whole place was beautiful and staff very welcoming. Small entrance area, but superbly done - modern with a little glitz - and you could have sat at the bar area no trouble for hours. Location was very central if you are on a business trip or want to visit the center of Bucharest. Breakfast was delicious! and the breakfast nook, again gorgeous and a bit modern with touch of glitz. I'd highly recommend and definitely stay again.

It's the best place I stayed in Bucharest. Love the classic style. My room was awesome, do spend the extra € to treat yourself this relaxation.

It’s quiet, it’s secluded in the middle of a busy city.Close to a nice park, proximity to great restaurants.
It’s clean.
Expensive food and not that special. I got ordinary cold meat platter advertised as local meat.
And overall needs a refreshment (rugs for example, fresh painting) . Otherwise clean sheets and clean towels

It’s a little bit dated — the mattress was old and bouncy (needs replacing) and the internet was too unstable to support Netflix streaming.

Everything was perfect, since the moment we got to the hotel till the checkout.
Hotel is beautiful, feels like a palace, the staff was very helpful and kind, our room was amazing, the SPA as well, could not have asked for more

The pool was small but functional and part of a lovely spa area. This was really relaxing.
The outdoor furniture was dirty and either needed to be properly cleaned or packed away.
The decor although lovely and fitting with the theme of the hotel was a little cold at times.
The bed was quite short meaning my partner's feet dangled over the edge
