The washing room, water flow are not good

Good hotel in city center with welcome reception staff.

Too loudy in the lobby. Prime restauramt - staff don't know anything about menu, drinks, etc. Food is good 8 from 10.

Das Personal war sehr gut und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr gut ausgestattet.

אהבנו הכל, נתקלנו בבעיית ריח בחדר כנראה כתוצאה מבעיה במזגן, מייד החליפו לנו חדר ואף פיצו אותנו על אף שלא דרשנו. שירות מצויין אנשי הקבלה וצוות המלון היו מדהימים. חדר האוכל היה עשיר ומגוון

אהבנו הכל

C'est un très très gros complexe : on aime ou on n'aime pas. La déco est belle avec un petit mélange d'art déco. Chambre très très agréable avecun lit king size et très confortable. Un bar très agréable avec possibilité d'y diner avec une bonne carte brasserie. Le personnel du petit déj est au petit soin pour vous faire passer un bon moment. Accés à un complexe sportif (piscine, sauna, hammam, salle de fitness) par l'hôtel directement. J'y suis allé en janvier mais l'hôtel doit être super agréable avec sa piscine et et bar exterieur

Le petit déjeuner identique tout les matins sans petites variantes et manque des spécialités roumaines en charcuterie et fromage. En fait c'est un très grand buffet mais y a pas tant que ça. Pas de surclassement malgré mon niveau 3 et étant un "Radisson Member". Un des membres du personnel à l'accueil un peu arrogant et ne donne pas de bonnes informations.

The location of the Hotel is epicenter of the city, and the surroundings we found everything we wanted, Taxi, coffee shops restaurants even past midnight. The receptionists and service were very outstanding.

Este un hotel care își respectă clienții exact așa cum ar trebui să o facă toate. Camera frumoasă și spațioasă, lobby ul foarte colorat și primitor, iar micul dejun a fost de vis. Recepția, in special CRISTIAN, care a fost de foarte mare ajutor, pregătit să ofere asistență la orice nevoie pentru a fi mulțumiți pe parcursul șederii. Recomand cu mare drag

Piscina e spazi comuni

Il peggior letto in cui abbia mai dormito. Dolore alla schiena per tutti e 3 i gioni, inaccettabile per un 5 stelle. Scrivono di avere la SPA ma in realtà è un piccolo sgabuzzino per la sauna ed uno per il bagno turco ( dietro i bagni degli spogliatoi...). La piscina all'esterno sempre non funzionante

המלון במיקום מעולה ונגיש לכל מקום בעיר קרוב לבית חבד 5 דק הליכה למי שרלוונטי עבורו. קל להתנייד גם ברגל וגם עם הובר בקלות ובמחירים זולים מאוד.שודרגנו לסוויטה זה כלל את טרקלין העסקים בקומה 8 שהיה נגיש במהלך כל היום. צוות אדיב ושירותי במיוחד אליסה Alice מהקבלה שדאגה לקבל אותנו בבוקר ומיד לדאוג שנקבל חדר מוקדם. סה״כ היה ממש טוב ושווה את המחיר ששילמנו.

They could have had more staff on the bar as the poor lady was run off her feet attending to such a large crowd of people whilst the darts was on.

Localizarea, serviciile, ambianta, facilitatile, personalul foarte amabil si bine pregatit.

Front desk staff were excellent. Location within walking distance to Bucharest attractions.

Didn't have USB or electrical outlet next to bed

Very kind, friendly and professional attitude. I had an issue which was solved immediately by the staff and receive complementary goody for the caused inconvenience. My room was upgraded, room is spacious, very clean with very comfy beds and pillows, with everything what you might need for a pleasant stay. The gym was great. Breakfast - quality, food variety, service and atmosphere are more than amazing. I am very satisfied from my stay. Definitely come back again

The atmosphere. The ambient , just the place in general are definitely something. I really enjoyed my stay. Best value for money, the bar, the lobby , the restaurant , EVERYTHING is perfect for me like I want.

Everything was good except their hotel service . I made it clear with the reservation and told that they’re going to arrange the transfer transport for me from airport to hotel, but when I got there, there’s no one and waited over an hour. I called several times and had to settled it after a 6 times called and found out that there was no confirmation on the system under my name which is crazy as I have all the proof on the booking message, etc. I even sent them an email to give them all my full information as I was required to do so. The driver came in suit with his Mercedes car if I’m not mistaken, very professional guy, he told me that it’s sad that a 5 star hotel like this should be correct and perfect but sadly I wasn’t alone having a problem with them when it comes to airport transfer. However, despite of all that minor problem that I’ve encounter I still enjoyed my stay. Lastly, that I didn’t like, the staff girls whom I encountered when I check in was uh, uh, uh for me. I dunno but it’s like while she’s talking to me, her mind are in other dimensions. Oh I’m a solo traveler half Asian/Latina women btw . Hope it has nothing to do about that.
