Lovely staff, very friendly! The breakfast was good and the rooms are comfortable.

Wonderful character filled hotel with spacious clean comfortable room. Loved the seating areas in the sun, balconies and cosy lounge. Breakfasts were great, especially liked the museli with fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful, loved the quiet location but still only a short walk from the Plaza etc

Struttura molto bella in stile coloniale. Personale gentilissimo, Sara e tutto lo staff sono stati super.
Camere curate con riscaldamento e acqua calda in doccia, pavimenti e finiture in legno. Tornerò presto qui!
Nulla, è andato tutto bene

Nice location, close to city center. Staff was also very nice. Breakfast was okay. Room heating worked very well, and the room was decent size (bathroom was small though)
It was very poorly isolated, it was SUPER NOISY. you could hear everything. People walking upstairs, talking in the rooms/hallway outside.. also bad curtains so felt like people could peep into your room/hear you at all times. Cleaning service was also really bad: We stayed for a week yet they didn't change our sheets once and we had to specifically ask them for new towels, they didn't change them once without us asking. Also not always hot water. Finally we had a big spider in our bed the first day. Not hotels fault but still freaked us out a bit.
