Good location for us as we arrived and left by train. Buses and trams just down the road. The hotel was in very good condition - smart, clean and comfortable. The room was perfect
The breakfast was substantial and nourishing. The staff were friendly but in one example seemed a bit disorganised.

Clean, very good location in general all what you need to stay comfortable during trip. Very supportive and professional service
I have not found anything to complain about

Well located hotel in the middle of the city centre, All public transport was free, so it was easy to hop on and off buses and trams to help get around. We arrived in the early hours but the receptionist was able to get us a room straight away so that we could sleep and freshen up before venturing into the city.
Everything was great :)

Clean, well maintained hotel with a great location.
The bathroom lighting especially in the shower cubicle is inadequate. It's too dark in the shower corner
