Roomie villa, comfy bed, trampoline was a hit with the kids!

The neighbours next to the property were very loud and played music late into the night disturbing our sleep.

The place was clean and location was very good. The bed was comfortable, but had it not been for the smoke alarm low battery triggering off the beeping every 20-30 minutes from 4am in the morning on second night (Sat) it would have been comfortable to sleep.

My wife suggested to Please provide couple of hooks to hang up clothes/towel near the shower cubical while stepping into the shower. 1. We found the pedestal double lamp had the switch cover loose and the exposed electrical wires could cause electric shock; we disconnected it from the wall socket. 2. On second night at 4am in the morning heard an alarm beep few times and then stop; after 15-20 minutes again beeping. We thought it was something outside the bedroom building. At the 3r and 4th time of beeping noticed it was the smoke alarm. We were Not happy on day 2. Waited until the office opened in the morning to report the 2 problems and the person then removed the lamp and the smoke alarm saying he will get electrician to have look on the week day. Nothing else was said regarding addressing this relatively serious issue. No mention of a compensation of any kind was mentioned. Appreciate a response.
