Views at front excellent
Garden room overlooking what I would call a builder’s yard. Took 1 hour to receive breakfast on first day!

Room and bathroom clean and a good size. Shower very good. Beautiful view over the bay. Breakfast excellent
It would be very useful to have hooks on the back of the bathroom door and a towel rail to hang towels on. Although there was a very small towel radiator it was not big enough for shower towels.

The property is well-located. Easy to get to. Ample parking. Beautiful view.

The setting is breathtaking and the view from the front of the hotel and on the terrace is one that you will struggle to beat.
Front of house staff were overstretched and poorly trained resulting in poor choice of language which was discourteous and sometimes lacking in customer focus. Food was expensive and adequate at best.
