Loved this B&B- very quiet and peaceful, welcoming hosts, and absolutely delicious breakfast!

Fantastic hosts (Caroline and Colin) in a beautiful period house set in a lovely hamlet. Super friendly and helpful hosts and very dog friendly. The Breakfast was superb, with much if it homemade and locally sourced. 10 minutes to the beach at Instow, can't recommend this enough. We'll be back again when next in the area!
Try to arrive either side of school time in term-time, as the local infants pick-up means the roads get a bit tricky.

It’s in a superb location, just a few minutes walk from the estuary/beach, and excellent restaurant and pubs. And because it’s a short walk from them, the property is quiet at night.

Perfect location for us with easy access to Instow and the ferry to Appledore. Room was a good size and very comfortable. The piece of cake was well received!
