Lovely staff very clean good location

Dreadful problem with sound proofing with unfortunately a very inconsiderable guest with noise into nearly 3am in the morning!

Excellent location for the 02.

All the staff were friendly and very helpful, the location was perfect for the o2 event I was attending. Property was v clean and comfortable. Food was very good.

No complaints at all

Loved the room, with it's very interesting furniture and decor. There was a cosy and comfortable bed. Lots of "supplies" in the room such as facilities to make cups of tea, a coffee machine with a variety of pods, bottled water and biscuits to munch. The bathroom was equally well equipped with body wash, hair shampoo and conditioner in the shower and hand wash and body and hand moisturiser. Plenty of soft towels to use, hand and bath. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was mainly cooked meals to order. There was a small selection of cereal, croissants and another pastry and little pots of fruit to enjoy before the cooked breakfast of your choice. Plus a flask of hot water, to make a cup of tea and another flask of coffee. The cooked vegetarian breakfast was well cooked and plentiful, which certainly set you up for the day. The staff were so friendly and willing to help you out if required. It is by a very pleasant green area which makes you feel like you out in the countryside. It is situated about 12 minutes, or so, walk from the O2 Arena. Late at night the pathway is very well lit.
