Friendly reception and breakfast staff. Lovely location at the heart of Padstow.
Very steep stairs to my room. Not sure about fire exits for elderly customers.

Location. Being able to walk the harbour side and explore side streets from the hotel. Car parking spot found opposite the hotel.
Friendly staff.
Hotel is tired, carpets are dirty. Expensive, we stayed at Hotel Indigo, Exeter on our way to Cornwall and it was superior in quality and significantly cheaper.
Very loud music until nearly midnight just below our rooms.
