Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location in a quiet center. Comfortable beds. Delicious food. Very clean.
Provides entertainments like live music.
Olga is very knowledgeable, she advised nice excursions and she always was ready to help.
Medical procedures could be organized better- sometimes we had to wait for 15-20 minutes for one procedure.

s war hervorragend, das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen war sehr gut und bot eine große Auswahl an Möglichkeiten. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos – einfach alles perfekt!

The location is quite good – not directly in the city centre, but still reasonably close. The centre can be reached quite easily.
Parking costs an additional EUR 20 per day, but this information is not clearly visible during the Booking.com reservation process.
We specifically requested two separate beds and received confirmation from the hotel, but the room was prepared with one double bed.
Breakfast was very poor, and the shower/bathroom felt very outdated.
We expected a much better standard and attention to detail.
