Pleasant staff, especially Mr Afifi, Siphelele and Ms Imane at the reception....

Great activities as usual Friendly staff Reception staff is great Easy location

Busy at weekends which is great onlllly problem is that you might not find a parking spooot near midnight “””Not a dislike””” .. just a note proofing that it is a great location

Location, pool are, nice rooms but a bit dated and in need of refurbishment.

The downstairs dance disco that continued on until after 2am each night. Although we were on the 15th floor the ongoing thumping of the loud base beats kept us awake for much of the night. The really good young man on the front desk offered to move us to a room on the other side of the hotel, but at the age of 80 I am not into moving in the middle of the night. There was no offer to stop the disco, so it is clear that three nights of disco a week brings in far more money to the Hilton Group than do a few disgruntled hotel guests who will never return.
