I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere and quality of service were exactly what you would expect from a Waldorf Astoria. I would definitely stay here again.

The night staff were amazing, the bell boys and all the runner staff were really helpful. The breakfast was fabulous, the decor and look of the place was gorgeous.
the day staff when we was checking out were rude, almost as if they were happy we were checking out. The service was delayed, we waited over 24 hours for towels, another 24 hours for an extra cup. I had to go downstairs at 4 am to remind them to provide towels.
