We had the junior suite. Overall the room was very good. Good quality furniture and fittings. Comfortable bed. Comfortable settee. Good shower. The outside sitting area was nice and important because the room can be a little dark. Car parking space near the room. Secluded and very quiet. Mozzie screens on windows and repellent device provided. TV with Netflix. Courteous welcome and the owner was kind enough to explain the family history of the castle. Good location very close to but not in Areopolis. Very near the Diros caves - we could only do the short tour but still recommended.
Cutlery was limited just 3 of everything for 2 people. No dish rack. No bread/chopping board. No coffee filters. We found the stray cats annoying but they are everywhere in Greece, not just here. We had the breakfast one day. It was nice but €12 each, so we preferred to do our own (no complaint just preference).

Amazing historic building, very clean, fully equipped. All the personnel was attentive, especially Dimitra who knows how to make things right!
Everything was great!

We stayed in the tower, so lovely to have a historic hotel room. It was great to sit on the roof and watch the stars at night.
The wifi never worked for the 2 days we stayed, despite being twice assured there was not a problem. The kitchen is very basic and toilet (and bathroom) are very small. Plus the beds were not made, which I would have expected.
