Good location, quick and effective communication and check in process, decent comfort.
Doesn't quite look as good as the photos did, decor a little lackluster but other than that perfectly comfortable.

Located in the center of Granada, lots of tourist attractions within walking distance. Very nice staff.
The room had an awful smell. Hot water just went out at some point, mid-shower.
