Everything was perfect! the beautiful room with terrace, the flowers and all the little details.

Great spacious room and attentive reception staff
The room was a non smoking room but when the receptionist and I walked in it stunk like smoke. She offered to show me another room but not at the same level. Very important for cleaning staff to communicate that a room is full of smoke before other people checkin

They had an early check in.
After a month of back and forth I still haven’t received an invoice from this hotel even when I asked in advance for one. Booking is sending me to the hotel, the hotel sends me to booking. It’s the first time a hotel refuses to give me an invoice for a large amount of money paid with a company card… I just couldn’t make the staff understand that they are responsible for the invoice….
