La ubicación
La recepcionista! Un poco tosca para hablar

Nice boutique hotel. Comfortable and practical rooms of good sizes especially for Paris. Very friendly staff.
We enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely come back.
Location is a bit on the side but nothing can be done on this. It is a choice we make when we book.
6 / 10Nella media·lug 2022
The 1st room we were given for an 8-day stay was very small and did not match my expectations based on the images shown on this site. They pictures are extremely misleading. In addition the reception staff were very unhelpful as the hotel was not full yet they would not move us to a larger room until the hair dryer caught on fire and the General Manager was involved in the situation. There were 3 members of staff who deserve recognition in providing good customer service- the remainder of the staff were dismissive, rude, untruthful and clearly should not be in the hospitality profession.
The rudeness of the front desk staff, the extremely slow service in the restaurant, the hair dryer which nearly caught my hair on fire, being told the gym wasn’t open at 10:30 in the morning, housekeeping continually forgetting the correct number of towels/fresh water/kitchen items/tissue. Very unexceptionable for a supposed 5* hotel. There was an illusion of quality but clearly there was no motivation nor desire for most of the staff to provide anything close to 5* service.
